Finally watched the movie Luke gave me approximately 6 months ago. Mumblecore! (“a genre of low-budget movie using nonprofessionals to depict mundane post-college or early adult existence.”) It reminded me how random human relationships can be, and how we’re never quite in control of who we get to meet and spend time with.
Everyone is interesting if you get to know them.

Just watched Sleeper, probably putting Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex* (*But Were Afraid to Ask) in next.
It’s interesting to compare his early work to his later, more mature stuff. Annie Hall falls right in the middle, the perfect transition.

The Scott Pilgrim movie is seriously awesome. It brings together most of my influences from the past twenty or so years of my life and present them in a seamless, energetic way that makes me feel nostalgic and excited about the future at the same time. Kieran Culkin as Wallace was one of the most inspired casting choices of the year.
I need to see this one again.

I now have four bikes, two of which are ride-able. Of the ride-able two, I only really want to ride one…
Plans are in motion to combine everything into one awesome super bike.
My bike got stolen last night. I guess getting to look around for a new one is exciting, but the period in between bikes is frustrating as hell. I’m roughly 1/3 as mobile as I was a few days ago.
The fore-mentioned radio got nabbed too. I fucking hate radio thieves.
